I’m Tavari Satchel, a lifelong athlete, natural bodybuilder, and certified personal trainer who once slipped into obesity when significant life stressors took hold of my life. With my confidence in the toilet, way too much weight on my frame, and a pre-diabetic diagnosis looming over my head, I knew it was time to take action. Over the next two years, what began as a newly acquired yet rarely visited gym membership eventually turned into a complete lifestyle overhaul. By focusing on my health, eating clean, and building my strength, I lost 70 pounds and felt better than ever before. Then, I set my eyes on helping others do the same for themselves, pursuing relevant advanced education and achieving my certifications through Blue Heron Academy to bolster my expertise.
Since 2016, I’ve used my unique, drug-free approach, wellness knowledge, and motivational techniques to help hundreds of people reclaim their health and fitness.
